Silesia Circular PV & Composite Blade Recovery Hub
Automated thermal-mechanical delamination and composite upcycling plant recovering high-purity silicon, silver, solar glass, and structural GFRP fibers.
Built on a revitalized former coal-mining industrial zone in Upper Silesia, this flagship EnerX Circular Hub processes 30,000 tons of end-of-life solar modules and decommissioned wind turbine blades annually. Powered by its own 4.5 MWp rooftop solar + BESS microgrid, the facility achieves 96.8% mass recovery on PV panels and transforms GFRP wind blades into structural composite boards and Eco Park decking.
Before & After EnerX Deployment
Audited operational and financial comparison before and after engineering integration.
Conventional hammer-mill crushing degraded solar glass into low-value landfill aggregate and sent wind blades to cement kilns.
EnerX thermal-knife delamination and GFRP upcycling recover 96.8% pure fractions and high-margin structural boards.
System Architecture & Engineering Topology
Integrated multi-node busbar connecting generation, storage, control, and circular recovery.
Turnkey EPC & Engineering Scope of Work
- 1Engineering and commissioning of two parallel 65-panel/hour automated PV delamination lines
