Andalucía Cold-Chain Solar + BESS & Autonomous O&M

High-efficiency rooftop & irrigation-basin PV paired with thermal/battery storage and predictive drone O&M for 24/7 cold-storage logistics.

Cold-storage warehouses in southern Spain face extreme summer electricity bills exactly when solar irradiation is highest. EnerX deployed 16.8 MWp of solar PV across insulated warehouse roofs and irrigation reservoirs, coupled with 32 MWh of LFP BESS and predictive thermal O&M—cutting grid electricity purchases by 84% while guaranteeing 100% temperature security for €45M of stored organic produce.

TRANSFORMATION AUDIT // BEFORE VS. AFTER ENERX

Before & After EnerX Deployment

Audited operational and financial comparison before and after engineering integration.

Before EnerX (Legacy)BASELINE AUDIT

Extreme July–August cooling loads drove €2.32M annual grid bills while open reservoirs lost 54,000 m³ of water to evaporation.

After EnerX (Active)ENERX VERIFIED

Rooftop + floating PV + 32 MWh BESS + thermal pre-cooling cut grid bills by 84.2% and save 42,000 m³ of water/yr.
